A 15 year old single malt from Macallan in a 70cl bottle at 43% abv, matured in two types of oak. Both the American and the European oak casks are seasoned with dry Oloroso sherry.
American oak brings vanilla, citrus and butterscotch, while European oak adds the subtle spice associated with Macallan. After 15 years of maturation the two are united, giving a sweeter, warmer character.
