The Macallan – 1824 Series Sienna (70cl)

Sienna is a Speyside single malt from The Macallan's 1824 Series, in a 700ml bottle. It carries no age statement and was matured exclusively in sherry oak casks. The series is built around colour and flavour, using a range of casks and whisky of differing ages to reach the desired result. The nose offers vanilla, zest and fresh green apple. On the palate come dates, figs and raisins, giving way to nutmeg and ginger before the vanilla returns. The finish is gentle, smooth and warming.
