The Macallan Classic Cut 2022 Edition is a cask strength single malt Scotch whisky, bottled at 52.5% abv in a 70cl bottle.
It was matured in a combination of casks made from two types of wood, European oak and American oak, which are married together. Both woods are said to shape the flavour, aroma, colour and texture of the whisky.
Grapefruit is the most distinct flavour, with caramel and light spice alongside it.
