Macallan Classic Cut 2022 is the sixth release in an annual series of Scottish single malts from The Macallan. It is a limited edition, bottled at 52.5% in a 70cl bottle.
The whisky matured in a mix of American and European oak casks, and was made with fruity aromas in mind.
The nose is fresh and fruity, with grapefruit, peach, apple, orange, vanilla, oak and almonds. The palate brings fruit, caramel, chocolate, lemon, nuts and spiced oak. The finish is long, sweet and creamy.
