The Macallan – Edition No. 2 Single Malt Scotch Whisky (70cl, 48.2%)

The Macallan Edition No. 2 is the second release in the Edition Series, a limited run of Macallan malt whiskies matured in a variety of cask types. It is bottled at 48.2% ABV in a 70cl bottle. This edition came from a collaboration between Master Distiller Bob Dalgarno and the Roca Brothers, Joseph, Joan and Jordi, who own the El Cellar de la Roca restaurant. Together they chose seven casks from four different cooperages in Spain, and the whisky matured in them before blending.
