The Macallan – Edition No. 2 (70cl, 48.2%)

This is The Macallan Edition No. 2, a single malt from Speyside bottled at 48.2% vol. in a 70cl bottle. It is the second release in the Edition Series, which is made up of limited blends of the distillery's malt matured in a variety of cask types. It is a collaboration between Master Distiller Bob Dalgarno and the Roca brothers, Joseph, Joan and Jordi, owners of the El Cellar de la Roca restaurant. Together they selected seven casks from four different cooperages in Spain, in which the whisky matured before blending.
