The Macallan Edition No. 5 is a Speyside single malt from Easter Elchies, bottled at 48.5% ABV in a 750ml bottle. It is the fifth annual release in The Macallan's Edition series.
This edition was created in collaboration with paper artist Yulia Brodskaya, whose three-dimensional quilling artwork inspired its visual identity and its aromatic approach. The whisky was matured in American and European sherry-seasoned oak.
It is described as fresh and vanilla-led, with caramel and poached pear over a richness of dried fruit.
