The Macallan – Estate Single Malt Scotch Whisky (70cl, 43%)

The Macallan Estate is a single malt created by Whisky Maker Sarah Burgess as a tribute to the home of Macallan. It is bottled at 43% in a 70cl bottle. It contains spirit made from a proportion of the barley grown on the 485-acre Easter Elchies estate in Speyside, on the banks of the River Spey. That barley is distilled just once a year, over the course of a single week. Macallan has made single malt there since 1824. The gift pack has a hand cut slate panel and aerial photographs of the estate's barley fields.
