The Macallan – Estate (70cl, 43%)

The Macallan Estate is a single malt Scotch whisky bottled at 43% in a 70cl bottle. Whisky Maker Sarah Burgess created it as a tribute to Macallan's heritage and home. It contains spirit made from a proportion of the barley grown on the 485-acre Easter Elchies estate in Speyside, on the banks of the River Spey. That barley is distilled just once a year, over the course of a single week. The bottle comes in a gift pack with a hand cut slate panel, and aerial photography of the estate's barley fields inside.
