This is a limited edition single cask Macallan, a single malt Scotch whisky bottled at a cask strength of 65.5%. It comes from a European oak sherry puncheon, and only 585 bottles were filled.
The nose is of vanilla, oak, marzipan, Christmas cake and cherry pie, with a sweet, polished oak note. The palate is smooth, with toffee and caramel, and the finish is long, with sweet oak lingering.
