This is The Macallan Fine Oak 21 Year Old, a single malt in a 70cl bottle at 43% abv. It was put together from a couple of really good casks.
The nose is rich and in a classic Speyside style: stewed peaches and oranges with honey and vanilla, oak polish, candied ginger and hay. In the mouth it is oily, with oranges, peaches, marmalade, toffee and cake over sweet oak, cinnamon and vanilla. The finish is long, malty and spicy.
