The Macallan Fine Oak 21 Year Old is a Speyside single malt, bottled at 43% in a 70cl bottle.
The nose is rich, with stewed peaches and oranges, honey and vanilla, alongside oak polish, candied ginger and hay. On the palate it is mature and oily, with orange, peach and marmalade, toffee and cake, and a good measure of sweet oak, cinnamon and vanilla. A hint of passion fruit may appear. The finish is long, malty and spicy.
