The Macallan Gold is a whisky from The 1824 Series, in a 70cl bottle. It has carried the name The Macallan Double Cask Gold since April 2018.
The renaming came with a new bottle and bold new packaging as the whisky joined a range with a fresh look. The whisky inside is the same as before, now under its new name.
