The Macallan Harmony Collection Inspired by Coconut is a Speyside single malt at 46.3% ABV, in a 750ml bottle. It is the sixth and concluding release in the Harmony Collection, unveiled in August 2026, and it returns the series to The Macallan Estate.
No coconut is added. The Whisky Mastery Team chose American oak casks able to give pronounced coconut aromas, through the oak lactones naturally present in the wood.
The nose leads with fresh coconut, citrus and tropical fruit, then vanilla, sweet oak and gentle spice. On the palate creamy coconut milk meets zesty lime and soft sweetness. The finish is bright and floral, with lingering coconut and citrus.
