A Highland single malt Scotch whisky from The Macallan, the sixth and final release in the Harmony Collection. It was developed alongside the TimeSpirit Dining Experience with El Celler de Can Roca and matured in sherry seasoned American oak casks and ex-bourbon casks, with entirely natural colour. Bottled at 46.3% ABV, it has a warm gold colour and tropical character. The nose offers fresh coconut milk, zesty lime peel, tropical fruits, vanilla and gentle oak spice; the palate is silky and vibrant with coconut milk, zesty lime and soft sweetness with Macallan richness; the finish is bright, floral and elegant.
