The Macallan – Harmony Collection Phoenix Honey Orchid Tea (75cl)

The Macallan Harmony Collection Phoenix Honey Orchid Tea is a Speyside single malt made in collaboration with the tea specialist JING. It is the third release in The Macallan's Harmony Collection, an annual series that looks at links between whisky and other natural flavour worlds. The whisky team chose casks to echo the honeyed, floral, fruit-led character of Phoenix Honey Orchid oolong tea. The box and labels use repurposed tea leaves, in keeping with the collection's focus on sustainable packaging. The nose is floral and fragrant, with orchard fruit and honeyed sweetness. Peach and apricot sit over a soft, honey-sweet palate, and the finish is gently lingering.
