The Macallan – Harmony Collection Smooth Arabica (70cl, 40%)

A Speyside single malt from The Macallan, bottled at 40% in a 70cl bottle. It is the second release in the Harmony Collection, a limited annual series focused on sustainability and on giving new life to organic by-products that would otherwise be thrown away. The colour is toffee. Coffee runs through the notes: ground coffee and hazelnuts with raisin and dark cherry on the nose, an Americano-like palate with cherries, soft spices and walnut, and a lingering coffee bean finish that turns sweet and creamy.
