The Macallan Reflexion is a Speyside single malt from The Macallan Masters Decanter Series, bottled at 43% in a 750ml bottle.
It was matured in first-fill, sherry-seasoned oak hogsheads, with both Spanish and American oak influencing the spirit. The smaller casks put more wood in contact with the whisky, and its deep red mahogany colour comes directly from the cask.
Reflexion is described as bold and full bodied, with floral and vanilla notes, fresh apples and apricots.
