The Macallan – Terra (70cl)

The Macallan Terra is a Speyside single malt from the Quest Collection, in a 70cl bottle. It was matured exclusively in first-fill European and first-fill American oak casks, all seasoned with sherry and sourced from two family cooperages. The whisky is meant to honour sherry-seasoned oak from both continents, and the casks' journey is described as spanning 10,000 miles. Its character is toffee, sweet dried fruit and rich wood spices, showing the intensity of first-fill oak.
