The Observatory Aged 20 Years is a blended Scotch whisky, bottled at 40% ABV in a 70cl bottle. It is made from malt and grain whiskies matured for a minimum of 20 years in seasoned oak casks.
The nose offers dried fruits, polished oak, vanilla fudge, soft spice and faint floral hints. The palate is smooth and richly layered, with toffee, raisin, spiced apple, malt sweetness, roasted nuts and gentle oak tannin. The finish is long and warming, with dried fruit, sweet oak and a touch of soft spice.
