The One Fine Blended Whisky is a blend from The Lakes Distillery, finished entirely in European oak Oloroso and Pedro Ximénez sherry casks. The finish gives it a deep colour and a sweet, spicy character.
It is bottled at 46.6%, non-chill filtered, in an outturn of 4512 bottles.
The nose brings raisins, dark chocolate, cocoa, dried figs and soft wood spices. The palate is full and creamy, with raisin bread, cinnamon, caramel, PX sweetness and roasted nuts. The finish is long and warm, led by sherry.
