The Sexton is a single malt Irish whiskey made in Northern Ireland from 100% Irish malted barley and triple distilled in copper pot stills. It comes in a 70cl bottle, in a hexagonal shape that nods to the Giant's Causeway.
The whiskey is aged in Oloroso sherry butts and was shaped by Master Blender Alex Thomas.
The nose brings roasted nuts, dark chocolate, marzipan, dried fruits and subtle spice. On the palate come mellow honeyed malt, soft oak and rich sherry depth.
