This Dailuaine 12 Year Old is a Speyside single malt from the Single Malts of Scotland range, bottled by Elixir Distillers at 48% in a 70cl bottle.
It was distilled in 2011 and comes from a small batch of four casks: new oak barrels, a sherry hogshead and sherry butts.
The sherry casks add depth, sweetness and spice to the rich, robust character of the distillery.
