This is a 15 year old single malt from Glen Ord, released as part of the Diageo Special Releases 2022 and bottled at 54.2% in a 70cl bottle. It is called The Enchantress of the Ruby Solstice, part of the 'Psychedelic Legends Untold' series.
The whisky was matured in refill American and European oak, then given a second maturation in wine-seasoned casks. The result is a malt with subtle wine-fruit notes alongside a layered, smooth and rich distillery character.
