This is a 14 year old Speyside single malt from The Singleton of Glendullan, a 2023 Special Release bottled at 55% ABV in a 70cl bottle. It was finished in Chardonnay de Bourgogne French oak casks.
The nose is clean and crisp, with green apple, white grape and pear, followed by crème anglaise and spun honey. On the palate it starts toffee-sweet, with golden fruit acidity and light spice.
The finish is of medium length and spicy, and smooth.
