The Whisky Cellar Mannochmore 14 Year Old Oloroso Sherry (70cl, 55.3%)

The Whisky Cellar bottled this 14 year old Mannochmore in its Private Cellars Selection, in a 70cl bottle at a cask strength of 55.3%. It is natural colour and non-chill-filtered. The whisky was distilled in September 2008 and matured in an Oloroso sherry cask until it was bottled in June 2023, producing 297 bottles. It has a burnished copper colour. The nose is fruits of the forest jam, orange peel and ripe figs. The palate brings black wine gums, marmalade, dates and Jamaican ginger cake spice. The finish carries nut and raisin chocolate, toffee apples, nutmeg and cinnamon swirls.
