Theia I is a single malt Scotch from 2010, bottled by Scotch Universe.
The nose opens with milk chocolate and cream alongside grapefruit and red berries, with light wax notes arriving later. On the palate the chocolate turns slightly more bitter than on the nose, joined by cream, grapefruit, lemon zest and fresh strawberries, with a trace of black pepper. It is creamy and smooth, with waxy hints returning towards the end. The finish is medium in length, with chocolate, citrus, a little strawberry and a light spiciness.
