Thirteenth Colony – Distillery 15th Anniversary Cask Strength Bourbon (75cl, 69.6%)

This is a cask-strength Georgia straight bourbon from Thirteenth Colony Distillery in Americus, made for the distillery's 15th anniversary. It is bottled at 69.6% ABV (139.2 proof), undiluted and unfiltered, in a 75cl bottle. The distillery takes its name from Georgia's place as the thirteenth and last of the original American colonies. The colour is a very deep amber. The nose is intense vanilla, caramel, grain spice and toasted oak. The palate is powerful and full, and the finish is very long.
