Thomas S. Moore Cognac Cask Finish is a Kentucky straight bourbon, bottled at 46.7% ABV (93.4 proof) in a 75cl bottle.
The bourbon was finished for roughly two to four years in casks that had previously held cognac for six years or more.
The nose is complex, with fruit, bright citrus, slightly herbal notes and traces of jasmine and lavender. On the palate come orange, apricot and vanilla, followed by earthy undertones, and the finish has subtle toasted oak and cedar.
