Thomas S. Moore Port Cask Finish is a Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey, made as a tribute to the early bourbon figure Thomas S. Moore and his ambition to make bourbon that stands the test of time.
The bourbon was aged in oak for many years, then emptied and refilled into Port wine casks, where it matured for several more years.
It is described as soft and sweet, with subtle hints of fruit, vanilla and baking spices.
