Tincup is a blend of two American whiskeys, each aged in #3 charred oak barrels.
The larger part is a high rye bourbon distilled and aged in Indiana. A small amount of Colorado single malt whiskey is blended in, and the whiskey is then cut with Rocky Mountain water.
The name nods to the Colorado mining pioneers and the tin cups they drank their whiskey from.
