Tobermory 12 Year Old is a single malt Scotch whisky from the Isle of Mull, bottled at 46.3% in a 70cl bottle. It was matured in ex-bourbon casks and is non-chill filtered.
The malt is distilled from unpeated barley using peated water, and it was reintroduced in 2019 after a distillery upgrade.
The nose is zesty orange peel, creamy vanilla and a salty coastal note. On the palate it is textured, with honeyed malt, tropical fruit and white pepper. The finish is long and gently spiced, with toasted oak and a faint briny edge.
