Tobermory – 12 Year Old

Tobermory 12 Year Old is a Hebridean single malt matured exclusively in ex-bourbon casks. It has a fruity, spicy character with a subtle salty edge. It was launched in 2019 as the centrepiece of the distillery's new core range, after a two-year pause while the distillery was extensively refurbished. The new bottlings take their inspiration from the colours of the Isle of Mull. The nose is sweet and honeyed, with vanilla, ripe oranges and delicate flowers. On the palate come fresh citrus, apples and tropical fruit, followed by creamy toffee, floral honey and a faint salty undercurrent.
