A 15 year old Highland single malt from Tomatin, distilled in 2008 and bottled in 2024 at 46% ABV. It is part of the Sherry Collection and was matured in Palo Cortado sherry butts, which add depth and a wide range of flavour.
The nose opens with caramel and roasted orange, joined by the sweetness of dark chocolate. Brazil nuts and the savoury note of freshly baked fruit bread follow.
It is bottled without colouring or chill filtration.
