This is a Highland single malt from Tomatin, distilled in 2013 and bottled in 2025 as a single cask, number 5190, in The Golden Cut Collection by Coopers Choice. Only 342 bottles were filled.
The whisky matured first in oak and then received a finish in an Oloroso sherry cask. It is bottled at 50% vol, without added colour and without chill-filtration.
Expect dark fruit, nuts, spice and caramel, with fine oak notes running through.
