Tomintoul 10 Year Old is a Speyside single malt bottled by the distillery at 40% in a 70cl bottle.
The nose is well balanced, delicate and floral, with acacia honey on freshly toasted wholemeal toast and gentle wood spice. The palate is velvety and creamy, with caramel cream, toasted almonds and freshly grated lemon zest layered into something dessert-like, along with fine grassy notes. The finish is long, a wave of sweetness quickly followed by a prickling spice.
