Tomintoul 12 Year Old Oloroso Sherry Cask is a limited edition Speyside single malt in a 70cl bottle. It is bottled at 40%.
The whisky is aged for 12 years and given a full Oloroso sherry cask finish, which adds richness and a festive spice to Tomintoul's light, floral spirit.
The nose is sweet raisins, creamy vanilla and orange marmalade, with soft toasted oak. The palate is silky and rounded, with dried fig, nutmeg, honey-drizzled almonds and dark chocolate. The finish is long, warming and balanced, with a gentle spice and echoes of fruitcake and roasted nuts.
