Tomintoul 14 Year Old is a Speyside single malt bottled at 46% ABV without chill-filtration. It was matured in American oak ex-bourbon casks.
The nose is sweet, with sugared almond, icing sugar, orchard fruits and creme brulee, plus hints of lemon curd. The palate brings Madagascan vanilla pod and toasted almonds with cinnamon Danish, oat biscuit and citrus oils. The finish is warming and toasty, with roast hazelnuts, mocha and fresh grassy notes.
