Tomintoul 25 Years is a Speyside single malt matured for 25 years in selected ex-bourbon casks.
The casks were chosen for the fruity, floral Tomintoul character and gentle spice, and the whisky also shows attractive oak tones.
The nose is layered and intense, with honey sweetness, pears, peach, rose petals, vanilla and cigar-box spice. The palate is soft and creamy, with notes of almonds. The finish carries vanilla, fruit and spice.
