Tomintoul – Seiridh (70cl, 40%)

Seiridh is a limited edition Tomintoul Speyside single malt, the newest bottling in the distillery's Gentle Dram range. It is bottled at 40% in a 70cl bottle and carries no age statement. The whisky matured twice, first in American oak bourbon casks and then in Oloroso sherry casks for the finish, which adds flavour and complexity. The tasting notes mention raisins, butterscotch and dried figs.
