This is a four year old straight bourbon from Tommy Bahama's Coral Cay Distilling, made in Washington and bottled at 46.5% ABV in a 750ml bottle. It was aged in #2 char American oak on the shore of Lake Chelan and proofed with glacial-fed lake water.
The mash bill is 75% corn, 21% rye and 4% malted barley.
The nose is described as maple syrup, vanilla and toasted nuts with a light spice. The palate layers smoky undertones with ripe fruit, chocolate, creamy vanilla and tangerine, and the finish is silky and warming.
