This is a Speyside single malt from Tormore distillery, distilled in 1994 and matured for 26 years in a single first fill sherry butt. Gordon & MacPhail bottled it in January 2021 for its Connoisseurs Choice series, with 576 bottles released. Tormore is described as having an elegant, fruit-forward character, and the first fill sherry cask adds to it. Dried fruits, chocolate, spice and sweetness are the flavours typically attributed to this bottling.
