Toscana Rosato IGT Allegra

A Tuscan rosé from Casa di Terra, grown in sunny vineyards where a mild climate and rich soil give the grape an intense, vibrant character. The selected blend, typically based on Sangiovese or other local varieties, is vinified with care to preserve freshness and fruity aromas, with brief maceration on the skins giving a delicate pink colour and aromatic hints of strawberry, cherry and rose petals. On the palate it is balanced and harmonious, with pleasant acidity that makes it ideal with fish dishes, light fare and Mediterranean starters.
