A 10 year old Kentucky straight bourbon, in a 750ml bottle at 52.5% ABV. A small selection of barrels is finished in toasted Oregon Garry oak casks, which are used to heighten the vanilla and spice. Glacier-fed spring water from Mt. Hood is used to complete the whiskey.
The nose has vanilla, caramel and cherry, with warm summer pine at the end and less opening bite from the Garry oak. The palate opens with caramel, vanilla, cherry and roasted corn over earthy notes of summer pine and high desert moss, with bitter orange and hints of lilac beneath the vanilla and oak.
