A white wine from Trentino, made by Conti d'Arco from Muller Thurgau grapes. It is pale straw yellow with greenish reflections. The nose shows field flowers, green apple, white peach and a hint of wild fennel. On the palate it balances acidity and minerality, with fresh fruit and aromatic notes leading to a clean, persistent finish. It works well as an aperitif or with light dishes, fish starters, sushi, vegetarian dishes and fresh cheeses.
