A rosé Trento DOC sparkling wine from Conti d'Arco, made by the Metodo Classico. It is pale, bright pink with fine, persistent bubbles. The nose is delicate but expressive, with red berry notes such as strawberry and raspberry plus hints of bread crust and yeast from long ageing on the lees. The palate balances fresh acidity with soft red fruit, with creamy effervescence and a persistent, fruity finish. It suits aperitifs, delicate fish, shellfish and light starters.
