A Trento DOC sparkling wine made by the traditional method and aged on the lees for over 36 months. It has a bright golden yellow colour with fine, persistent bubbles. The nose combines white-fleshed fruit with bread crust, dried fruit, honey and vanilla. On the palate it is rich and enveloping, with a balance of acidity and creaminess, delicate bubbles and a long, complex finish. It suits seafood starters, delicate first courses and baked fish.
