This is an 11 year old Mannochmore single malt from Speyside, bottled by Tri Carragh at a cask strength of 52.4% in a 70cl bottle. It was distilled in 2014 and bottled in 2025 from a single bourbon barrel, giving 236 bottles, with natural colour and no chill filtration.
The nose recalls tinned fruit salad in syrup, with green grapes and strawberries to the fore, plus fresh-cut grass and subtle vanilla. The palate opens with syrupy sweetness, then cinnamon, vanilla and poached pear, and a little water brings out more lemon. The finish is lemon and vanilla.
