A 12 year old Speyside single malt from Mannochmore, bottled by Tri Carragh at a cask strength of 55.6% in a 70cl bottle. It is natural colour and non-chill-filtered, from an outturn of 280 bottles.
The whisky was distilled in 2014 and bottled in 2026, after a 15 month finish in a second fill Super Porto barrique.
The nose brings red berries, cherry compote and raspberry coulis over vanilla and honeyed malt. The palate is silky and lively, with strawberry jam, plum and redcurrant, balanced by cocoa and black cherries. The finish is medium to long, with red fruits, warming spice and soft tannins.
