Tullamore D.E.W. Caribbean Rum Cask Finish is a triple distilled Irish whiskey blend of pot still, malt and grain whiskey, finished in first-fill XO rum casks. It is bottled at 43% ABV in a 75cl bottle.
The finish pays tribute to the part Irish immigrants played in developing rum in the Caribbean in the 17th century. The casks are chosen from barrels that previously held Demerara rum, which add tropical fruit and warm spice.
Vanilla and oak stand out, with citrus, banana and spice.
